This pate made from green olives, extra virgin olive oil and salt is extraordinary in its aroma, persistence and body. The result of artisanal processing of fresh, green olives that retain all the properties and fragrances in the finished product. Once the olives harvested from our olive groves have been rinsed and pitted, they are crumbled and blended with extra virgin olive oil until the desired creaminess is achieved.
