The versatility of the olives allows the fruit to be used in the kitchen in different ways. Patè, a typical French dish but also very popular in Italy, is one of these that we produce in the company following the artisanal techniques. All our proposals are made with fresh products and without the addition of preservatives. Currently there are 3 proposals for pate based on olives grown and processed by us: the black olive pate, the green olive pate and the green olive and fennel pate.
