Organic is an oil that is obtained from the medium-early harvest of olives of the Caninese variety.

The fruitiness on the other hand, a mix of different cultivars is an intense and penetrating but well-balanced oil.

There are four olive-based offerings in the Gentili line: Black Olive Pate, Green Olive Pate, Green Olive and Fennel Pate, and finally Olives in Oil.
