Fusilli and half sleeves are part of a larger project for the production of artisanal pasta, which the Gentili farm has been undertaking for some years and which it wants to increase. The fruitful collaboration between Azienda Agricola Gentili with Olio Gentili has also made it possible to put two different types of very high quality pasta on the market. Our pasta is obtained by processing the best durum wheat semolina produced in the company, through bronze drawing, which makes it rough and finally dried at low temperature for several hours (about 50). The fertility of the soil in Tuscia and the organic policy conducted by the Gentili Company, allow for the creation of an artisanal product of the highest quality
